Terms and conditions
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
All orders require payment in full before despatch.
All orders placed before 1pm will be shipped out the same working day. Items ordered after 1pm will be shipped out the next working day. This excludes Weekends and National Holidays. On larger items, shipping to UK Isles, N. Ireland and Highlands may be subject to a surcharge.
Items under 2kgs where the delivery address is in the UK mainland will be shipped out with Royal Mail 1st Class delivery service which usually takes 1 – 3 working days.
Items under 2kgs where the delivery address is Overseas will be shipped out with Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed for delivery service (some countries do not accept the Tracked and Signed For shipping service therefore the shipping service will be a Signed For service only).
Items over 2kgs will be shipped with DPD for UK and Europe. Deliveries to UK Mainland are shipped on a next day delivery basis. The delivery time to Europe will be 3 – 5 working days. Items over 30kgs will be shipped to Mainland UK only using a freight delivery service which takes 3 working days from date of despatch.
Should your item arrive in a damaged condition we must be notified with 48 hours.
All purchases are covered by a 6 month return to base warranty unless otherwise stated.
We will either:
• Repair – and return the item to you at no extra charge
• Replace – and return the item to you at no extra charge
• Refund - the item including the original shipping charge
Warranty covers hardware only.
Refund / Cancellation policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the refund within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Please keep the invoice provided with the original order.
Should you wish to cancel your order we would need to be notified before the 1pm cut off time. Failure to do so will result in your order being shipped out therefore you would be required to pay for the return shipping cost.
